人が喜んで働ける環境こそ良い職場であり、安全で且つ生産性も向上する。この〈BURS21〉は「美は機能に従う」という英田エンジニアリングのブランド戦略の一環として開発され、危険、汚い、といった従来の産業用機械のイメージを払拭した。これまでのロール成形機は、ワークラインで油が飛び散ったり、金型の調整作業やメンテナンスでも熟練した技術を必要とするなど、敬遠される要因が多々あった。しかしこの〈BURS21〉は、ガルウイング型のカバーにより、ワークラインでの油の飛散を防止し、また独自の画像検査システムにより、金型の調整作業を業界初の自動化とした。またそのシステムにより同時に全品の検査を可能にしている。メンテナンスも遠隔で行うなど、人に優しい画期的なロール成形機である。また、「ワークライン」「加工部」「駆動部」のモジュール化により約70％（30％減）のコンパクト化と成形機の機能とスタイリングを向上させ、工場内の美化にも貢献している。さらに女性をはじめ未経験者でも簡単に扱えるようになった。〈BURS21〉は、その美しさが喜んで働ける安全な職場へと変化させる事を喚起させる商品である。

| A good workspace means people having fun working in an appreciated environment that also considers the improvement of safety and productivity. The <BURS21> was developed as part of Aida Engineering's brand strategy, whose motto is "beauty comes along with functionality". The product eradicated the stereotypical image of industrial machines that were thought to be dangerous and dirty. There were many reasons to keep off the conventional roll forming machines, since oil splashed onto the work line and since they required highly accomplished skills with regard to maintenance and the adjustment of the molds. However, with its gull-wing shaped covers, the <BURS21> prevents the splashing of oil. It also features a unique image inspection system, which made it the first machine in the industry to automate the mold adjustment process. This system also enables the simultaneous inspection of all products.With the possibility of doing maintenance remotely, it is a user-friendly, revolutionary roll forming machine.By integrating the work line, the processing part and the drive part, it contributes to the beautification of the workplace: it became about 70% more compact and improved functionality and style. Furthermore, a female or an inexperienced person can easily operate it. The beauty of <BURS21> lets people feel the transformation of the workplace into a safe and appreciated environment. |
