工業用ミシンは多様な縫製工程のうちのある特化した縫い作業専用につくられており、この＜DDL-9000Aシリーズ＞は1本針本縫い（直線縫い）の最高峰モデルである。生産現場でプロが使う製品だからこそ、高速性、メンテナンス性、経済性を開発の最重要課題として捉え、それらを見事に実現している。（従来機比、送り力50％アップ、可縫範囲30％アップ、縫い詰り、糸暴れ、糸残り量の大幅な低減、使用電力は従来シリーズ Vベルトエレクトロモータ比80％削減など）

| Industrial sewing machines are made for specific tasks in various sewing processes. The <DDL-9000A Series> is the best for single needle lockstitch (straight stitch). The most important topic of the development of this product was high-speed working, maintenance and economic efficiency as it is for professional use and these are successfully achieved.(Compared to standard machines, the feed power was, for example, increased by 50% and the sewing range by 30%, jamming and the tearing of thread was brought down, and the amount of remaining thread was substantially decreased. Also the machine uses 80% less power compared to standard V-belt electric motor-type machines.) In addition, the design backs this up by various features: for example, facilitating the visibility of sewing work, the handling of material and having a spacious bed space to help basic operations which let the operator feel those features physically and visually. Professional sewing requires efficiency every second. Due to this reason, it is critical to make a too unique design and to carelessly change the interface. This machine looks unassuming, but due to its continuous improvement, it has been sold in 170 countries, and thus gotten its share as the No. 1 in the world. I can imagine the efficiency when working with a product whose design gives such a clean impression. |
