先代で提唱した“モダンリビングコンセプト”の哲学を踏襲しながら、よりモダンで上質な高級セダンに昇華させている。日産〈ティアナ〉は、縮小傾向にある日本のセダンマーケットにおいて、クルマを見る目が確かなユーザーに対し「色褪せない価値」を提供できる高級FFセダンとしての地位を確立したといえるだろう。インテリアデザインのこだわりの一つである大型のインストアッパーパッドは、安心感を強くアピールするデザインで、高い質感に仕上がっており、ドアトリムまで連続した形状のシートはソファーのようなゆったりとした空間を作り出し、見た目からもリラックスできる乗り心地を予感させる。またインストルメントパネルの大きな木目調パネルとフロアコンソールはウェーブしたラインでトータルコーディネイトし、アシストグリップはひとつのオブジェにも見えるような造形にするなど、隅々までさりげなくこだわり、「揺らぎ」を表現するやさしいカタチでまとめあげられている。モダンリビングという発想をいち早くクルマに取り入れ、クルマに【もてなし】という新たな価値を与えたインテリアデザインは秀逸である。

Looking at the highly competitive sedan market of Japan, it can be said that the <NISSAN TEANA> has established itself as a high-grade FF sedan of long lasting value. The huge upper padding of the dashboard, which is one of the noteworthy features of its interior design, strongly appeals to our sense of safety. In addition, its finish gives it a high-quality feel. The wide seat creates a relaxing space僕ike a sofa・ and simply looking at it makes one envision a relaxing ride. Furthermore, the large wood-grain paneling of the dashboard and the floor console perfectly match the wavy line, and the grips were shaped to appear like an object of art. By adopting the idea of "modern living" in a car and by giving it a new "hospitable" value, this interior design is simply splendid. |
