	この「ラクルリ」、ネーミング通りラクにクルリと回って、これまで「思った方向に来てくれない」や「腕や腰が疲れる」 など掃除に伴う不満の解決を目指した設計で、デザインもその機能に一致したイメージの回転する円柱をテーマとしている。 また軽量化された自走式パワーブラシやキャスター付きのイスにヒントを得た5輪キャスター、その台座の上に載った本体が360°回転する方式など徹底した全方向フリー機構で掃除機の動きを自在化しているところが注目される。住宅内での掃除は家具の間や廊下の曲がり角、狭い場所での方向転換など、これまで持ち上げて向きを変えていた動作が、ラクルリ本体が自在に回転することによって、軽々と且つスムーズにできてとても快適である。また低騒音化やソフトバンパー、ホースの巻き付け構造によるコンパクト収納などデザイン家電としてスタイルに拘ってつくられている点も評価したい。

As the name < LAQURLI > indicates, this product is easy to maneuver (in Japanese, "LAQU" means easy and "QURULI" is an imitative word for turning). The design aimed at resolving dissatisfactions with vacuum cleaners, such as that they are not turning as desired or that arms and waist get tired. This led to the cylindrical theme. The freedom of movement of the vacuum cleaner was realized by an automated light-weight power brush, the five-wheeled caster紡n idea derived from a chair with casters・ and a main body that sits on the caster and turns 360 degrees. When cleaning the house, vacuum cleaners have to be lifted around tight corners and between furniture, but with < LAQURLI >, the main body can turn freely, making cleaning smooth and comfortable. There are other points that can be appraised, such as a low noise level, the soft bumper, and also compact storage due to the way the hose can be wrapped around the body. This product has been styled as a nicely designed electric home appliance.
