誰もが微笑んでしまうこの商品。ロウソクの光をLEDとその制御技術で再現したものだが、付属のマッチ棒に模したものを近づけ点灯させ、息を強く吹きかけることで消灯するといった面白い仕掛けがなされている。点灯時の光りの揺らめきは炎以上に炎を意識させるもので、今までにない世界観を体験させてくれる。国内外問わず、人々はその揺らめく光に立ち止まり、点灯、消灯することで微笑んでしまう。そんな「微笑みをデザインした」ような魅力のあるプロダクトである。

| This product makes everyone smile. The < METAPHYS hono > reintroduces the light of a candle by LED technology and a special control technology. There is a funny trick behind it: The electronic candle comes with a stick that outwardly resembles a matchstick. Holding it near the <METAPHYS hono>, you light the electronic candle. You can extinguish the candle by strongly blowing at it.. When being lit up, the candle's light flickers, and it makes us imagine real fire and makes us experience a view of the world we haven't known before. Everyone - no matter if living in Japan or a foreign country - stops to look at the flickering light and a smile spreads on every face when this candle is lit up or blown out. This product has a kind of charm that "designs the smiling of the user". |
