キッチンは家族と共に成長し変化する。確かに「そうかもしれない」と思うけれど、現実的にはイメージできなかったことを具体的なシステムで対応したのが＜ideco＞である。建築的に水回りを部分的に移動させるのは資金のかかる大事で、リフォームなどの際一気に全部を入れ替えてしまう方法しかなかった。
しかし本来的に考えれば、家族構成にマッチした過不足ないサイズ・収納容量そしてキッチンレイアウトが自由になるシステムが必要なはずで、そんな商品が望まれていたのは確かだった。そこに＜ideco＞が登場した。家族と一緒に作れるキッチンとして部材やワゴン収納を自由に増設できる構成で、これが本当のシステムキッチンかもしれない。 ＜ideco＞のデザインはリサイクルを考えてアルミ素材を多用すると共にプレーンな木質パネルとカラーパネルを多種用意している。テーブルトップ下の空間をオープンにしたモデルもありプロ用キッチンのイメージである。「よし！料理を作るぞ」と気合いが入るデザインだ。また＜ideco＞でユニークなのはキッチン側からインテリアへ積極的に関わりを持とうとする点だ。キッチンではアイレベル収納に使用するレールフックを、リビングでは壁面パネルとして使い棚ホルダーやCDラックに利用し統一感を演出している。オープンキッチンやアイランド型ではインテリアエレメントの一つでもあるのでカップボードや壁面パネルは、キッチンゾーンとリビングゾーンの繋の役割をスマートに果たしている。建築家やインテリアコーディネーターがこうあってほしいと潜在的に願っていたものを商品化したのだから、＜ideco＞は感度の高い人々に好評を博くすことだろう。 |

| The kitchen grows and changes with the family. We think that we could imagine how it might be, but in reality, we can't. The < ideco >, however, opens up possibilities that really do correspond with the existing structures. It always required a lot of money and large amounts of work to, for example, even partially change the construction for water supply. Previously the only way to change this was to change everything. Basically, we need a system that is big enough and has enough capacity to fit the family structure and that does away with an inflexible kitchen layout. So < ideco > surely is what we had been waiting for. In my opinion, it might be the suitable kitchen system that has the ideal construction for a family and that makes it possible to freely adapt the individual components and cabinets. The design of the < ideco > takes the issue of recycling into account since a lot of aluminum is used. In addition, one can chose between plain wood panels or colored panels. There are models that open the space under the top. It is an image of a kitchen fit for a professional. The kitchen system gives us a feeling that makes us shout: "O.K., I'll do all the cooking now!" And the unique point of the < ideco > is that it tries to relate to the interior in a positive way. In the kitchen, rail hooks on eye level are used whereas in the living room they are used as a wall surface panel. They can function as a CD rack and hence produces a sense of unification. The open kitchen and the island type kitchen are part of the interior elements. Because of that, the cupboard and the wall paneling smartly carry out the role of the filler in between the kitchen zone and the living zone. The < ideco > is favorably commented on by people who have a good sense for such things. In their subconscious, interior designers and architects wished for such a system kitchen.
