厳選された日本伝統の漆、肌触りの良い皮革、温もりを感じさせる天然木などをフロントキャビネットに採用した37V型デジタルハイビジョン液晶テレビである。海外のショーで初めて目にした際、この製品からは「和」と「上質」という2つのデザインキーワードが感じられ、また海外の商品と比較しても日本らしさがよく表現されており際立った存在感があった。
そのデザインは和室、洋室を問わずインテリアになじみ、上質なホームエンターテーメントを演出してくれそうだ。 正面のシルエットや、スピーカーまわりのディティール、本物がもつ素材感や上質感等が絶妙なバランスで構成されており、従来の大画面テレビには無い新しいアプローチのテレビデザインと言える。 |

| This is a model of the 37-inch widescreen series featuring a high-definition LCD panel. The materials used make the TV-sets of this series pieces for the glass cabinet- selected traditional Japanese lacquer, leather that feels good to the touch, and wood that gives a warm feeling. When I saw these televisions for the first time on the occasion of a show abroad, two keywords of design came to my mind: harmony and superior quality. Comparing this model with foreign ones, I come to think that it expresses the quality of Japanese products in a special way. The design does not only fit the Japanese interior, but also the Western-style room. It may serve as an example for quality home entertainment products. It balances construction and material, as is visible in the form of the front and details like the surround speakers, the texture of the material, and its feel, etc. This design approach has never been seen before with large screen televisions. |
