サイレント楽器シリーズで一つの分野を作ったヤマハがまた新しい分野の楽器を創りだしている。多分これからも新しいシリーズがどんどん展開していくのだろうと思う。
ネック部分に配された弦に似せた光るスイッチで、初心者のギターへの取り付きやすさを助長するコンセプトは納得のいくものだ。ただこの＜イージーギターEZ-EG＞の魅力はそれだけではなさそうだ。 これはギターの形を模した新しい楽器とも言える。例えば、イージー演奏可能、レッスンモード、音色と内蔵曲、スピーカ内蔵と、すべてこれだけで演奏を楽しめる他、インターネットで曲を追加できる等の機能を持ち、使い方・遊び方はこれから発展していくように思える。この製品の開発は、一般ユーザーの意見を採り入れるというモニター販売を行い、改良し完成するというユーザー参加型の商品である。このポイントも大いに評価できる。 |

| YAMAHA has once again created a new field of instruments. The company has already created a whole new series of silent instruments, which is developing steadily. The design of the ﾒEasy Guitar EZ-EGﾓ imitates the appearance of a normal guitar, and I fully agree with such a concept. Its shining buttons on the neck, for example, which are similar to guitar strings, help the beginner by giving him a feeling of familiarity. But this is not the only attraction of this new instrument: So it is equipped, for example, with an internal speaker, and it offers you, among other things, to choose easy playing or lesson mode, to change the tone color, and to add a wide variety of further music pieces via the Internet. I think it is an easy-to-handle product, which helps to improve one's playing technique. The company also involves the user in the further development of this guitar: It monitors the sales of the product and uses the purchaser's opinions to change and refine it. I rate this strategy very highly. |
